We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided that:

• The item is unused and unopened

• The product is in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare and cosmetic products unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
